Refund policy

We will accept returns within 14 days if a product is faulty and has not been used, provided the item has not been damaged due to misuse. We can also only accept a return of a sealed consumable product (if the seal has been broken, we cannot accept a return).

Returns due to incorrect size or product ordered will be subject to additional postage charged at the actual rate for the item.

Some items may incur a restocking fee.
